POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Corporate Resource Officer to cultivate and manage strategic partnerships with corporations that align with our mission and values. This role is crucial in securing vital resources, expanding our reach, and amplifying our impact.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Corporate Partnership Development:

  • Identify, research, and cultivate relationships with potential corporate partners that prioritize diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive corporate partnership strategy, including outreach, relationship building, and proposal development.

  • Negotiate mutually beneficial partnerships that align with Mountain Star Pride's strategic goals and the corporate partner's business objectives.

​​Partnership Management:

  • Manage existing corporate partnerships, ensuring strong communication and collaboration.

  • Develop and execute partnership plans, including sponsorship activations, employee engagement programs, and volunteer opportunities.

  • Track partnership performance including ROI and impact.

Fundraising and Event Coordination:

  • Coordinate corporate sponsorships for fundraising events, galas, and other initiatives.

  • Secure in-kind donations and services from corporate partners to support organizational needs.

Brand Representation:

  • Represent Mountain Star Pride at corporate events, conferences, and industry gatherings.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within partner organizations.

  • Effectively communicate the organization's mission, vision, and impact to corporate audiences.

DEI Advocacy:

  • Advocate for LGBTQ+ inclusion and equality within corporate partnerships.

  • Promote a culture of diversity and inclusion within Mountain Star Pride and its partnerships.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven track record in corporate partnership development, fundraising, or event management.

  • Strong understanding of the LGBTQ+ community and its challenges.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.

  • Passion for social justice and a commitment to Mountain Star Pride's mission and purpose.
